Rice & Grind’s fast-casual menu is the love child of Chef Daniel Williams. His flavorful rice bowls, crispy fried wontons, spicy cucumber salads, and more, deliver multicultural flavors to the multicultural community that influenced his life.
Born and raised in the San Fernando Valley, a true melting pot of cuisine, his passion for food was first influenced by the Asian-inspired meals his family grew up making, along with influences of his diverse home and greater community. Trained at the Institute of Culinary Education, Chef Dan brings bold, elevated versions of the food he grew up eating.
